VB in access to format data in Excel

I have a need to "export" data from 1 table in access to multiple excel spreadsheets. I have conquered this part and now what I would lilke to do is create the pretty column headings to replace the ugly column names. This is probably a pretty simple thing but I am hacking at VB and just dont know what words to look for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really dont want to individually edit 123 spreadsheets to put in these column headers.

Thanks!
