form appearences to be changed using the options which are available in the form's property table.
rightclick on your form and select 'properties'

same trick for any menu
rightclick on your form and select 'menu editor'
to create a sub-menu use the available right-arrow within the menu-editor.

best solution for u is to read some manuals with sample programs first !
