vb5 runtime files and ocx files

I downloaded my runtime files (mostly dlls, etc) from the internet by using a
program I found on the internet because my setwizard does not work (some kind
of a value error). I then copied my two ocx files (msflxgrd.ocx and msmask32.ocx(version 5)) from the server to the two networked terminals that I
downloaded my runtime files onto. I then manually registered them both from system32 fldr and received a 'succeded' msg each time. I was hoping that this
was all I had to do but when I tried to run the project from the networked terminal
I got a '429' error stating 'can't create object'. I know it has to do with the .ocx files but beyond what I already have done I don't know how to solve this
situation.

I am stuck because my client cannot use my project from the two termianls.
I would appreciate if anyone can tell me if there is a solution to this - this is the
first time I have tried to do any of this. I am new at this and this is my first project in vb5.

I kindly thank you in advance for any help with explaing what the problem
is and if there is a solution to it. I am using windows xp.
