How can I use the Folder Browser Dialog in web application

I want to use the FolderBrowserDialog in a web application but it is available

in windows and Inherited form CommonDialog.

Should I write the calss that it's inherits CommonDialog if I want to use a dialog

same as FolderBrowserDialog

Please help me.
