how to load images in database access using VB?

helo everybody...i'm lina...i need your help...i have a problem in VB and Access...i have 38000 images for my company employee which size about 5GB to stored in database...as we know we cant stored too many images bcoz it cause bloating in access..so,i want to stored the path of the images only in database...i have stored the path and the images can be displayed using VBA coding...but the problem is..i want the images be arrange following the number for the employee in table Cardholder...each of the images has their own number following the number of the employee such as for employee No. 2...the images will be A2.bmp...is there another coding for this problem?? do u understand what i mean?this is the project that i have done...can u have a look on it??download it from this link...http://d.turboupload.com/d/1024649/Copy_of_PortPass.zip.html
