Upload files to MySQL 5 with VB6

P: 1
Hello Everyone.

I'm new around here but i'll like some help from you guys.

I have a VB6 application that connects to a MySQL 5 server and works just fine!!! The problem is that i was asked to allow the application to upload at least one file in the MySQL database and i hava no idea how to do it. I know i can use windows common controls for Open and Save windows and this way i can get the path of the file, but i don't know how to upload that file into de DB.

I'll appreciate any help.

Thanx

Hi.

Sorry, but I've removed your e-mail address from your post. These sort of forums are often scanned for by spammers and hackers to find e-mail addresses to target.

Anyone who wants to e-mail another member should be able to do so by clicking on their username then selecting "send a message via email to xxxx".
