Can I take Web Form Information and export it into a VB script?

Hi, first time post so hopefully I have this in the right area. Forgive me if I am not in the right spot.

I'm a very beginner programmer but what I'd like to do is this:

I have a webform that asks people for some information (name and desired password)

what I want to do, is once those folks click "submit" instead of saving it to a database or emailing it somewhere I'd like to be able to have that information parsed into a VB script so that I can do further actions, like map a network drive or something like that.

Is that possible? If so can someone point me in the right direction? I'm very green when it comes to VB stuff :( any help is much appreciated.
