Hi!
In windows XP, go to START - PRINTERS AND FAXES, and without selecting anything in the right window, click on FILE - SERVER PROPERTIES; in there, select the Create a New Form checkbox and then you set a new page format available to all your printers and faxes!!! just give it the name you want and there you go!!
Have fun
