VB Application terminates abnormally

Hi,

I m in searching of solution from 1 week but still didn't find any solution of this problem.

I have made an MDI application in VB 6.0, which uses ActiveX object , Word , Excel , Regular Expression references. When i run it from VB IDE , it works fine. But when i make its EXE file and run it . I got this error
"Application Error : Memory could not be written " . This error comes on Win2000. on Win XP it shows " Project Encounterd a problem... " , Bottom line is application terminates abnormally when ever i close a Child Window.

this error won't come most of the time . Some time this error occur first time , Sometime it won't come ... means its un usual.

Really looking forward for some good help.
Thanx
Imran
