Connecting VB to clearquest

Is it possible to connect VB to IBM rational clearquest ?
I am trying to develop a tool which connects the clearquest and get some data from clearquest. after getting the data i need to do some calculations and show the output. Is it possible through VB ?

what i am doing now is i am running some queries in Clearquest and copy pasting the output to excel and running a macro to do the calculation. I want to avoid that copy paste and automate it.

Gyus, take a look at the following link:

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infoce...dng_cq_api.htm

There's perl and vb reference to cq api.

Have fun.)
