System.IO.FileNotFoundException

I am writing a program for school where I need to put images in picture boxes. The program runs until it needs to locate an image to put into the picture box.

I get this error 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in system.drawing.dll

I have the file holding the images in the bin file. I was told that's where the program looks when it's not defined. I had other programs which used text files in this manner and I had no problem with them.

How do I define this file? It holds images, not text. I tried and got data type errors. I am using Visual Basic.net 2003

Here is a snippet of some code where I get the error. What's weird is the error message has the complete path right to the file holding the images.
