Expect Functionality in VB

I have started using VB to get better GUIs for my applications, but the applications I am writing are test applications that will either connect to devices by Telnet or through a serial port. My question is there a VB package that provides "Expect" like functionality for interacting with the Telnet/Serial connection?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
