VB 6 Pro SP-5 Help

Is this the place to get some advice on VB 6.0 Pro SP-5 ??

If so, how do I customize the IDE so that when I open a project, it doesn't
default to the \Program Files\... folder? I want to open my projects from a
different folder.

FYI: I have worked with VB along time ago, but will be getting into it with
a new project now, but have lost the knowledge. Hopefully it will be like
riding a bike and come back quickly.

TIA,

-Tom

Create a shortcut to your .vbp file, and open your application through that
shortcut.

I can do that but I seem to recall you could edit an INI or something that
automatically defaulted you to the new folder.

I can do that but I seem to recall you could edit an INI or
something that automatically defaulted you to the new folder.
Right-click on the icon you use to start VB, select Properties from the
pop-up list and type in whatever path you want in the "Start in:" field
(enclosed it in quote marks). Not sure if it matters or not, but the path I
have typed in there does not have a trailing backslash.
