Using Data Environment Designer - how to drag Command node onto form - Jennings' Database Developer's Guide

Hello --

I can't figure out how to get the Data Project and blank form on the screen
at the same time so that I can drag the Command node onto the blank form.

I am following the tutorial on p 182 in
Roger Jennings' Database Developer's Guide with Visual Basic 6
ISBN: 0672310635.

Can anyone help me.

Thanks in advance.
