Add New Item

I wish to 'Add New Item' Windows form to a project. Accepting the default
name Form2.vb or providing my own name produces a Microsoft Environment
Error: Operation cannot be completed.
I can create the form outside then use 'Add Existing Item' to achieve the
same but gateful to learn why 'Add New Item' is not working.

Thanks

That sounds like VB.Net, which is not the same
as VB. Try a search for newsgroups with "dotnet"
in the name. There are two or three of them.
