Help - Date Tracking

Hi

I'm developing a database with access and I was ask to include in the report
the date of issue. But if the date of issue was change It should be
included in the footnote area the issue date that was originally was written
and by who. And as if it was changed several times it should be included as
well.

How can I include this historical tracking in the report?

Any help I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Ely

Do you want to create a table that keeps track of the report history?
Another thing you can do is create a report history field that you
constantly add to when ever someone changes the record.

This should be posted in the Access NG only. There's an example of
this at Allen Browne's website. Look for Audit trail...
