VScroll controls

I am putting together a simple app that uses vscroll bar controls. My query
is this: I have max set to 25 and min set to 0. When I use the upper arrow
the value decreases instead of increasing. I have to set max to 0 and min to
25 to get the controls to behave as you would expect. Any input would be
greatly appreciated. Obviously I am new to VB6 but hoping to learn fast.
Best regards

Private Sub Form_Load()
VScroll1.Min = 100
VScroll1.Max = 0
End Sub

Private Sub VScroll1_Change()
Label1.Caption = Str$(VScroll1.Value)
End Sub

Think of 'Min' as 'Top' and 'Max' as 'Bottom'

Mind you, it is pretty unusual for a VScroll to be used that way
- normally they are used for scrolling pages down
