MMSYSERR_NOMEM error when attempting record from modem line#0

Hi everyone,

I am working on an application that will dial a conference call number
at a specified time, record the conference call, and hang up when the
conference call is over. I am attempting to use a package from
Exceletel to do this.

It is not difficult to have the Exceletel package dial the number at a
specified time, wait for an hour, and hang up. I am having problems
recording though, because I keep receiving an error "MMSYSERR_NOMEM".
Apparently this isn't specific to Exceletel and translates to "Unable
to allocate memory" according to the MS KB.

Do I need to open up some memory using a fancy VB function, or is this
a faulty error? Bottom line: what can I do to overcome the error, and
will it be possible to record from modem line#0 knowing that the
hardware can support it?

Thanks,
Isaac
