Tabular editable output?

I'm writing code for a client. Part of the code is supposed to display, and
allow for the editing of very many transactions. The transactions are
stored in a database. The database sorts transactions by clients. Only
transactions of one client will be shown at once.

Each transaction stores the date, amount, card or cheque number.

I figured there will be about 5 - 15 transactions I have to display at any
given time.

To allow for transactions, the user should be able to select any given
transaction, and edit it as need be.
What is my best way of approaching this? What is the best way to display
the data?

You can use an MSFlex grid or any data bound control. For editing the
flexgrid you will need an extra textfield (popup window on double
click maybe).

Is there any good source of documentation for an MSFlex grid? What
components must I include as to use it?

I added the "Microsoft Flexgrid control 6.0 (sp3)" ... drop it on the
form and look in the MSDN help for its events and methods. It's quite
easy to understand. To write into the gird use the textmatrix
property.
