Tabbed Dialogue Question

Is there any way to change the colour of the Tab Control? Changing the
backcolor changes the colour behind the tab control and changing the
forecolor changes the text colour. I don't like the boring grey which is
displayed as standard. Actually what I'm trying to do is to match up the
look of the tab control with the XP look which I have applied to the
program.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
