VB IDE changes case

There are some variables in my program that keep having their case changed
by the IDE when I close & reopen it. For example, I have the udt:

Private Type DialCode
ID As Integer
Code As String
LineLength As Integer
End Type

If I save, close project and reopen it the udt has **always** been changed
to:

Private Type DialCode
ID As Integer
code As String
LineLength As Integer
End Type

The same is true for some other simple variables, like "Dim s as Integer"
always becomes "Dim S as Integer".

If I look at the source frm files in notepad after I save, the character
cases have been preserved - they only get changed when I reopen the project.

I know it is a minor issue, but I would like the IDE to preserve the case of
my declaration statements in order to maintain consistency.

Has anyone else encountered this before?

Thanks,
df

If you dim the word "Code" somewhere else in your sourcecode as "dim code"
it will changes all the words to "code"...or "code" to "Code". Same if you
use the letter S and s

I often use A and B as dim for integer in a loop function....in an other
function i typed Dim a as integer...well everywhere else A becomes a....

Don't know if this is the answer.....
