How to detect Dial Up Networking Windows?

ch
Hi,
I am trying to write a VB program to detect the Dial Up Networking
window in WinXP. For instance, everytime when i launch my Internet
Explorer, the default MS windows Dial Up Networking will pop up and
start dialling to my ISP.

I wanted to write a program to detect that "Dial up needs" and then
launch my own dialup application, instead of using the Windows default
DUN.

Anyone has any idea how I can accomplish that? Really appreciate some
advice. TQ.

I think you need to get the downloadable API Guide from :

www.AllAPI.net

and look for: InternetGetConnectedState
