Is it possible to access and search in Clipper databases

Is it possible to open clipper databases and .ntx indexes ?
Can I search etc. ?

It is possible to open XBase Files, but Indexing would need to be addressed
differently (if memory serves me correctly)....do a search for ISAM
databases and vb and you'll see what can be done
