Automatic Download the missing patches

Hi !
I am making a tool to download the missing patches to update
windows. The information about the missing patch and their respective
url is retrevied using 'HFCHKNET.EXE'.
My problem is i am getting some url which are pointing towards
..asp or ID no's (eg.
(http://support.microsoft.com/default...s;323255#Win9x
) and not to the EXE's of the missing patches. As a result one has to
go to the URL and then download the missing patch, However i wanted to
automate this process ie. link to the exe directly and download it
unattentedly(using code).
