Question about how to use INET

I'm writing a program for a school project, which needs to grab text
from a webpage, and send it to a variable. I read a few other posts
about adding an inet (maybe not the right name) component, but as I'm
using a school copy of Visual Basic, so installing extra components is
probably not possible, so if there was another way of doing this, a
few examples of the code required would be really helpful. However, i
have a home copy of Visual basic aswell, so a few tips on how to
install components would also be alot of help. All I can offer in
return is a wee mention in the references part of my report. And 10
points. Thanks in advance.
