Hello GN.
Is there any unique Mail ID in the MS outlook?

I'm afraid your question is a bit to compact. :-\ I'm currently able to
give you two answers, depending on what I think you're actually asking.

What's your problem and/or goal ?

One of my answers would have been : Why should Outlook give a mail an unique
ID when that's allready done by the mail-server that initially receives your
message ?

Just press (when using OE) ctrl-F3 when you've selected a message, and look
for, in the messages header, Message-ID. What follows is mostly comprised
outof a large alphanumerical "number", followed with an At ("@") and the
server's name.

Regards,
Rudy Wieser
