Capture video from webcam trough network

Hi everyone,

I want to develop a vb application which captures video from different location.

My friend is having a PC with web camera.
Now I've to create a application in which clicking a button I could possible to see remote end video.

Both we are having Internet connection.
How to do so...?

Could anybody help me please...
I know this new work assigned to me is bit tricky.
Please......... .....

That is what exactly happens in all the chat software, that supports video chart.
you need to find out a way to connect to the remote device.
