Duplicate rows in DataGridView using vb.net windows appliction

In my project i had used datagridview to shown records from database.
this is perfectly shown records from database for the first time the page was loaded.
but i tried to insert a new record in the table, grid repeatedly shown the records in database because of page reloading.

It would help if you showed us what you are doing after you insert your new record and perhaps what you are doing in your page load event so that we can help you figure out what is causing the problem.
