How to take a specific line of from a text file and output the line into a listbox

Hi im trying to get a specific line from a text file or in my case an excel document and put that line into a listbox.
Putting this into context im making a code to produce a receipt where once the user enters a certain barcode it will take the line of text from the excel document that the barcode is in and placing it in the listbox. Kind of like copying and pasting
