Autoclose function after another process is opened?

Hey, Im 17 years old and Im starting this programming thing.
IŽd like to know how I could create a software that closes itself after a process with a specific names is opened?
For example If I opened "Excel.exe" my software would close itself.
Sorry if I canŽt be specific at all.
