Can ADO used for copying queries between access 2007 databases

I need to programmatically copy queries between access 2007 (.accdb) databases. I use VB.net and so I'm assuming ADO would be best but I'm unable to determine how to do it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sherp16: Are you trying to copy the actual SQL of the query or the results of a query?

Also, I'm moving your post to the VB.Net forum where more people that work with this programing language will see your post. :)
