wrapping you class and then referencing it from another project

I have created a class called example, everything in that class works fine. I want to somehow wrap this class where i can then reference it from another existing project. i am using a dll for the existing project. is this possible? i am new to programming. if there is anything that I can add to this to make it better to understand please just let me know.
