is it possible to record user voices programmatically in asp.net?

is it possible to record voices programmatically in asp.net? If yes then how? Please send sample code.

No, not 'in asp.net'
But 'using asp.net' should be possible.

When googling (for 'recording audio using asp.net') if found this link to Microsoft site:
