how to run vb program in network

hi everybody,
I'm using vb 2008 and sql server 2005 my program is ready i want to locate the program and database in server and then use the program from another computers in my local network insert, update, delete to the main database in server. plz tell me what can i do

Honestly,
Contact your Company's IT department to ensure that your end-users will have access to the program and sufficient "rights" to the server/directory structure. From there it should be a simple matter of telling the users where the access point is, via a web-page or an installer.

end-users have the right to access the server, but how can i do that i want steps to make my program work over network.

And I have given you the steps... it's how IE, Firefox, Chrome, MS Access, and every other program works over the networks.
Unless you can be more specific in your question as in how the program is designed, what specific errors you are receiving, or what the specific difficulty is I doubt that anyone here can help nor is it likely that someone will post a full set of code for you until you can show us your work.
