How to access form events from a different class?

I'm using VB.net in Visual Studio 2008.
I have a frmMain with a progress bar.. I have another class file that frmMain is calling. This class file will loop through some data and then eventually return back to frmMain and frmMain will continue running.
I would like to be able to update the progress bar in frmMain as I loop through the class file. How do I control form event from a different form?

Thanks!
