Setting up opengl in vb.net 2010

Hello ,
Myself Sahil and I am doing my Internship as part of my master studies. I wanted to use opengl in my vb.net 2010. I tried so many different things but getting different problem in it. Can you please help me in setting up OpenGl in Vb and start up with simple example. Please. Can you let me know the procedure. I googled almost everything. But all the articles for c# and C++. I tried installing csgl libraries. When I did one program it doesnt show error but it throws exceptions while running. Couldnt solve that also.
A first chance exception of type 'System.TypeInitializationException' occurred in csgl.dll. .this is the exception what i get. I have added refeence everything & tried for different framework laso. but still its not finding solution. Can you help me in setting up opengl with example. if you are familiar with TaoFramework even that would help. Please help me. Thank you in advance

Regards,
SAHIL
