Maximize Form in VB with Widget Resize

Hi! I Have a form created in vb and disable resizing it. Initially I also disabled maximizing it and set the max and min size to the default size of the said form. What I want to do is when I maximize the form, all of the widgets in: there are 2: label and picturebox will also be resized and centered regardless of the size of the user's screen size. by the way there are lots of labels. how can I do it? TIA.
