Issue with an implicit none wanted conversion

Am trying to do a selection on a text value this is the code

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.  Case "1", "2", "3", "4", "5", "6", "7", "8", "9"
  2.                     If ((.Text = 0 And .Text.Length = 1) Or .Text = "+" Or .Text = "-" Or .Text = "x" Or .Text = "/") Then
the issue:

the conversion of "+" to 'Double' is not valid
