We're not going to write the code for you, but here is an idea how to do that;

1. Create a sub that hanldes the CellDoubleClick Event for your DataGridView
2. Use e as DataGridViewCellEventArgs to determine which row has been clicked (e.RowIndex)
3. Use e.ColumnIndex to get the value from the column that you want.
4. Assign the value to the textbox.Text property.

Try that, if you're stuck, come back, post the code you have and we can see what's wrong. Good luck!
