download a file from a web browser (IE) and upload in MS SQLSERVER

Hi ALL,
I have to download a file from web and upload in MS SQLSERVER 2005. However, the problem i am facing is that the file i download in in web page format though it shows excel format. I have to open the file and save as excel workbook and then upload through vb.net using following syntax:

1. I use Process.Start("http://www.xxx/x/Downloadone.asp") and i click on download button to download the file and save dialogue appear to save but don't give the possibility to change the format here.
2. To upload i use Myconnection.ConnectionString = "Provider=" & "MICROSOFT.JET.OLEDB.4.0" & ";Data Source= " & lsFileName & "; Extended Properties = ""Excel 8.0;HDR=YES;IMEX=1"""
Myconnection.Open()

Can anyone help me as i have to do lots of manual intervention before uploading the file. Thanks in advance
