How to enumerate Systray Icons without looking into explorer's toolbar control

Raventara
Hi All,

I am trying to find a way (VB or C#) to read items that should be present in the systray without looking into the items in explorer's toolbar control. Basic idea is to emulate the systray on a shell other than explorer.exe

Many thanks in advance.

Please? Can't anybody out there understand what I'm asking, or can it just not be done? It's driving me crazy that I can't find any info on this! :(

Heard about the word 'patience' before? If this is driving you crazy, what about us? Answering to questions day in & day out as do good service.
