Using multi-select to select files and copy files to multiple directories

Hi
I am looking for some help with my code. I am very new to Visual Basic .Net. What I am trying to do is have a button that will allow me to select the directory and the files that I want to copy(source). I would have to have a list of files display back into a text box. Then I would have several other buttons to select different directories where I want to have the files copied to (destinations).

I attached a copy of my code and a screenshot of the program. If someone can help me with this it will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much,
Baileyboo936
