Adding Right Click Options to Windows

I have a small project that may be a big one - I'm really not sure.
I want to add some right-click options in windows to certain file types. I don't want to change the default program for these file type - I just want to add some right-click options.
For example - I have a program that will convert .3GP movies to Quicktime movies. I do not want to change the default player for .3gp movies - I want user to be able to right-click on the movie and offer them an option to convert it to Quicktime.
If someone knows the way to go about this I would appreciate any clues as to where to get started with this!

There are Win32_APIs for this. I do not remember what they are, but I know its NOT done in .NET, you gotta go through the APIs (using DLLImport and etc)
