Importing a Resource File

The company I work for has lost the code for one of their apps, and I've
been tasked with recreating it via the use of a decompiler. I've managed
to decompile the code and insert it into a fresh app, but there are several
resource files that the app requires to run. The decompiler I'm using can
also export the resource files (with the extension .resource). Is there
any way to import this file into my .NET project?

I'm using VS2008.

Warm Regards,
Scott
