If the first digit is always 0 (zero) then it is as simple as:
value = value.Trim.Replace(" ", String.Empty).Remove(0, 1).Insert(0,"+44")

Hi
How can I strip all spaces in between digits from a phone number, strip
the first zero and then append +44 at the start?
Thanks
