SQLdataAdapter not available in chapter DATA of TOOLBOX of

Context:
A) In the server explorer , my MSSQL server services are started
However the map Server into the tree view of my machine isn't available

B) I can Connect to an SQL databse by add new connection ( in Server
explorer)
But I can NOT find or add the SQLData Adapter which should be available into
the toolbox of studio.net

How can I make it available ?
