Best technology for Exchange programming with VB.Net

I have written many applications in the past that access Exchange
using VB6. I had always used CDO. I now have a need to write a program
that can search every message in every mailbox on our Exchange 2003
servers. What is the best technology for this task in VB.Net?

Thank you
Karl

I believe it would still be CDO since Exchange is not a .NET application.
