Crystal Reports Page Footer Problem

Hi, my problem is very simple yet interesting.
In Crystal Reports the page footer appear at the bottom of the page,
but I want it to appear just after the contents of the page. How can I
do that? Actually the problem is that I have created a software for a
pathology lab and the report requires signature on each page, yet the
signature should be just after last line on the page.
I cannot use group footer or report footer for this task. I have to
use page footer.

Please reply.
