select specific coordinate from pdf file

hello friends

i have a problem i want to select a specific cordinate from pdf file
according to X and Y cordinate
through vb.net. and i have no any idea about this.
i am not under stand
please help me

which zoom size
which density
what points
which encryption
what compression ratio?
