Help Class example does not apper to work correctly

P: n/a
The Help Class example requires only a simple copy, paste into a form and
run.
Which I did.

For it to relate to what I am trying to find out I set the "Help Navigator)
combobox to "Topic"

I left the "Parameter" textbox blank.

Tried different things in the Keyword textbox, like:

"Help viewer overview"
"Using the Help Viewer"
"Help viewer overview.htm"
"Using the Help Viewer.htm"

When I clicked the "Show Keyword" button they all produced in the right-hand
panel:
"This program cannot display the webpage..."

The code the program is running for that button is:
Help.ShowHelp(Me, helpfile, keyword.Text)

This is the code I've been trying to use in my program and can't figure out
how to.

Now that I can't get the example to work I'm wondering if I don't know what
to use for the third parameter or if there is something wrong with the
ShowHelp.

Do you have any info that might help?

Do you verify that the overload:

Help.ShowHelp(Me, helpfile, keyword.Text)

does not work?

Or that it does work?

Thanks for any help
